Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on all consumables, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All epoxy and finishes or other consumables, if returned 30-45 days a 25% restocking fee will be charged. No refunds after 45 days from purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Lumber products must be returned within 10 business days from purchase and are subject to approval. Approval will be provided on lumber products that return in the same shape the left in. This is including denial of approval for issues caused by your working environment or any other situations that arise. A full or partial refund will be issued only upon approval.
Any Finished Items or custom-made pieces are non refundable unless it meets our approval.
Return Shipping and Duties are to be Paid by Customer if Returning for a Refund.
Any products or wood purchased in-store are refundable for store credit only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you wish to return an item, please email crownpointwoodco@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.
