- Disclosure for a Business Purpose: Shared with our processor, Shopify, and our shipping integrations via Shopify Shipping (including Canada Post, UPS, and other carriers).
Project Inquiry & Custom Estimation Information
- Examples of Personal Information Collected: Name, email address, phone number, physical room/cabinetry dimensions, architectural sketches, design preferences, and estimated budgets.
- Purpose of Collection: To evaluate custom woodworking/cabinetry requests, generate price estimations, and contact you regarding custom furniture or millwork quotes.
- Source of Collection: Collected directly from you when you submit a Project Inquiry Form.
- Disclosure for a Business Purpose: Shared internally with our design and fabrication teams, and stored securely on our database hosts via Shopify.
Offline Transactional & Accounting Information
- Examples of Personal Information Collected: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, custom project specifications, e-Transfer coordinates, and check/cash payment records.
- Purpose of Collection: To manage invoicing, bookkeeping, and tax reporting for custom cabinetry and furniture contracts.
- Source of Collection: Collected directly from you during offline consultations and transactions.
- Disclosure for a Business Purpose: Stored and processed securely within our QuickBooks accounting software.
2. Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

We share your Personal Information with trusted service providers to help us run our business and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
